We’ve had a little break from the video diaries whilst Edie has been in hospital and time has been precious, but here is a catch up from Ashleigh.
This week Edie has been in ICU all week.
This week has been another rollercoaster, starting the week well but ending on a hospital trip and worrying 48 hours.
We started the week off with positive news for Edie and it’s been a busy week with the arrival of Nanny Hazel and Aunty Kirsty. We’ve done so much this week just getting some family time in.
It’s been an emotional rollercoaster this week, but we’ve got through it and our little DIPG warrior is still fighting thanks to the love and support of everyone back home.
Ashleigh talks about the current treatment for Edie plus some videos and photos from the last week
Ashleigh talks about joining the Bradley Lowery Foundation and the new estimated target we’ve had to set
A huge thanks to Lucy and her dad Joe from Lucy’s Pineapple Fund, who has taken over a home comforts package to Edie and her family in Mexico as Lucy has returned for her own checkup and treatment. The package also included a set of Spider-Ede Appeal t-shirts for the family – don’t they look great? Don’t forget, you can order your own t-shirt via our merchandise website. All profits go to the appeal.
